Poster Design Process & Pricing
1: YOUR OWN PHOTOS
Give Me Photos You Have Taken: Free
Your Own Photos: If you have photos that you have taken, I can use those for free! I have a program that can enhance the photo quality and size. That does not guarantee a high quality photo however. If you are looking for a higher quality image, I would try and sign up for a photo shoot.
Standing or Stance: Using a high quality stance photo works pretty well.
Sharp Action Shot: Action shots can work well if they're not super blurry. If it was taken by someone else like this wrestling photo, I will be putting their photo credit on the design.
Against a Simple Wall: Taking a photo with a simple wall background is pretty easy to edit especially if it has good lighting as well.
Far Away: Try and use images that have the person in most of the shot. While distance photos can possibly work, close-ups will be stronger.
Other People: I wouldn't recommend using shots with other people in the way especially with posters where I have to remove the background. These posters are focused on one person most of the time and you want to be able to see that person.
Color Changes or Bad Lighting: I would avoid using images that have had color changes like black and white. You also want to have solid lighting so you can see the full subject.
2: POSTER DESIGNS
Poster Design Rate: $40/Hour
($30/Hour with Referral or Previous Poster Purchase)
Get the Info: I will send you a google form gathering information for what you are wanting. Please be prepared to fill this out as it will help speed up the process. Once that is filled out, if you would like, I can send you a price estimate based on what you fill out.
Designing the Poster: I charge $40 per hour for the total time it takes me to finish all the poster designs that you are wanting. Please keep that in mind when you select designs you are interested in. If both you and a friend decide to get a poster and you let me know, I will offer a discounted rate of $30 per hour. If you purchase a poster and decide two months down the road you want another, you will have the fixed rate of $30 per hour because you are a returning customer.
Provide Additional Assets: For certain posters I may need a signature that you want on the poster (OPTION 1) or an image on the poster. IMAGES THAT YOU DID NOT TAKE, I will give photo credit to the people who did take the photos (SEE OPTION 6 ABOVE).
Revisions: I am happy to work with you through email or text to get your poster just right! Small edits I will not count towards the hours. Major edits (30+ minutes) I will add to your hour total count at the end.
Time to Wait: This can vary drastically depending on the number of posters, your position in line based on when you reached out to me, and my total work load. My goal is to have design options to you within 1 or 2 weeks of receiving/taking photos. Note that posters with photos given to me, may take longer depending on the quality and backgrounds. Please understand that I work alone and that I can only do so much in one day :)
3: AR POSTER EXPERIENCE (OPTIONAL)
AR Design Rate with New Video: $30/Hour
AR Design Rate with Existing Video: $5
OPTIONAL: This step is completely optional and you DO NOT have to do it. I have an example above of one I made with a test poster so you can get a sense of what an AR video would look like. I want to offer creative and new experiences that not many people offer and that's why this option is available so you can wow your guests.
AR With New Video: If you would like me to make a brand new video out of photos and videos that you have, I can do that! If you have a certain idea in mind, let me know otherwise I will make something myself. You can have music over the top of it but I will only add Adobe Stock music. I don't want to get into legal trouble potentially with music I do not own. I can send you a link to music that you can choose from or I can choose.
AR WITH Existing Video: If you have a video that you already have made yourself or want to make yourself, go for it! I can take that video and put it into the AR program and get that setup at a cheap price of $5.
4: BILLING
I will send a final invoice to your email.
Invoice: Once the poster designs are all complete and to your liking, I will send you an invoice to your email. This will include cost to design the posters based on your rate, AR charges (if applicable), and number of posters and sales tax applied to the total.
Final Print Files: Your high quality print files will not be provided until you have paid the invoice. This helps ensure that you are paying for the services provided.
5: PRINTING AND DELIVERY

Print Your Poster Yourself
Print Yourself: I know services and fees can add up and sometimes you also don't want to wait. Once your invoice is paid, you will get a high quality PDF along with a jpg and png file of each poster. You can then take that PDF file to a print location you want and have them print same day or do whatever you feel comfortable with.
Have Me Print & Ship: If you don't want to worry about that, I can have the company I'm partnered with do it for you. It will take longer because of waiting on payments to process, the making of the posters, and then shipping. It can take up to 1 to 2 weeks for posters to be delivered this way typically.

Rewarding You: I want to provide my customers with rewards for spending more. Above are the reward tiers. Whatever tier you fall in, you will get that reward. Once you have ordered your posters on my site, I will send you a refund of the amount listed in your tier. You will still have to pay sales tax for those items as I don't have another way of rewarding you at this time. If you know of a better solution feel free to let me know!
