Commonly Asked Questions

What's the best way of placing my orders?

I would recommend using PayPal if you have it. I receive the funds the same day with PayPal. Your order will be sent to be fulfilled up to 5 days sooner if you pay with PayPal. You can still use a credit/debit card, it will just take longer for me to get the funds and get your order to you.

How long should I expect my orders to take?

Unfortunately print on demand isn't as fast as Amazon or buying in person. But if you pay with PayPal, you can expect to get it within a week. If you pay with debit/credit card, it can take up to two weeks to arrive. If it is a fully sublimated design like a Hawaiian shirt or jersey, those typically take longer so keep that in mind as well.

Do you make the shirts in person and ship them yourself?

No, I am partnered with Printful & Printify. They are print-on-demand businesses who offer a wide variety of products from shirts to posters to dog accessories. I focus on the designing while they professionally make and ship out the products to you. They are established companies known for their quality and I have been happy with the products that I have received from them. This helps save on labor and wasted resources as well. I don't have to worry about making new screens for every design and all the waste that goes along with it. Overall it's a service that makes products as they are needed with a higher environmental awareness.

How should I wash and dry my t-shirts?

The easiest and safest way to wash your shirts is with cold water and inside out. This helps ensure the designs last longer. You can tumble dry your shirts on a lower heat setting or hang them up to dry if you want extra care. I test washed and dried both DTF and DTG designed shirts. I found that washing with cold or hot water didn't really affect the designs at all. I dried them on a normal dry level with high heat. I did this over 10 times and the designs held up really well with little wear and tear. I am not a clothing expert by any means but taking good care of your items will help ensure that they last longer. Avoid things like harsh laundry detergents, fabric softeners, over-drying, dry-cleaning, and ironing the designs. Are shirts screen-printed or how are they made?

A majority of shirts on the site are made using direct-to-garment or DTG printing which uses water-based inks that are non-toxic and doesn't require additional materials like screens or paper, which reduces waste. DTG printers also use less energy than traditional screen printing methods.

How do you decide on the pricing of your shirts and other products?

I research other similar products on the market to determine a price range. I also treat Printful & Printify like you would an employee. I have to give a portion of my profit to them to make the shirts and ship them out to you. That results in me having a tighter profit margin but it also allows me to spend more time on designing and creating more fun and new products for my customers. I do offer free shipping though to help counter some of the costs! I would love to offer even lower prices but unfortunately the online shopping world charges for the items to be made, shipping, and transaction fees which all add up.

Do you offer customized shirt designs?

Unfortunately no. My shop has to focus on products for the larger whole. It would be impractical to list 100 different items with different names and numbers like football jerseys for instance. However, if you have an idea of a shirt design that you think a decent number of people would be interested in, I would be happy to discuss those ideas and bring them to fruition! I am always open to ideas and other items that people might want.

Why isn't a size listed on a product?

Certain sizes for some products aren't offered like XS in some instances. There are also times when popular sizes like M or L might be out of stock and Wix just removes the option instead of saying out of stock. Just give it a few days and see if it comes back in stock or reach out to me and I can check to see if the size is offered or just out of stock.

Can you make designs like Iowa State, Brock Purdy, or pop culture designs?

Sadly, no I cannot. Colleges are very strict on their copyrights and I do not have the right to use their assets. Famous figures like Brock Purdy, Caitlin Clark, or Trump are also risky and I will not do. If it is licensed, TM, or copyrighted I do not have the rights to use those properties. This especially includes things like Marvel, Disney, or huge brands like that. I focus on more generic designs, towns, and high schools as the restrictions are a lot looser with those topics.
